David J. Elgee President, CEO & Director Mr. Elgee is currently in private legal practice in British Columbia. Prior to going into private practice, he was President and director of a mining and exploration company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange for three years. He previously served 15 years as corporate counsel with a public mining company where he was responsible for all legal affairs of the company. He has also held other senior positions with public companies in British Columbia as well as positions as in-house legal counsel for two large resource companies in Ontario. He has been a member of the British Columbia bar since 1982.

Alastair J. Sinclair, Ph.D., P. Eng., P. Geo. Director A graduate of the Universities of Toronto (B.A.Sc. 1957, M.A.Sc. 1958) and British Columbia (Ph.D. 1964), Dr. Sinclair taught Economic Geology and related subjects at the University level for 37 years and has published extensively on mineral deposit-related topics in scientific and technical journals, including co-authoring a text "Applied Mineral Inventory Estimation" . Throughout that period and since, he has consulted internationally on matters related to mineral exploration data interpretation and mineral resource/reserve estimation and has presented numerous short courses for the mineral industry and professional associations. He serves on the board of one other public company.

Michelle Robinson, M.A.Sc., P. Eng. Director Geological Engineer, University of British Columbia (B.A.Sc. 1992, M.A.Sc. 1994). President of Minera Croesus, S.A. de C.V., Zinco Mining Corporation's (Zinco's) wholly owned subsidiary. Michelle Robinson acquired most of the VMS Project for Minera Croesus by staking between 2005 and 2007. She has nineteen years of exploration experience in Canada and Latin America. Prior to moving to Mexico, she authored technical papers on volcanogenic massive sulfide deposits and was the recipient of several awards in the mining industry.

James Harris Corporate Secretary Corporate, securities and business lawyer with over 25 years experience in British Columbia and internationally. He has extensive experience with the acquisition and disposition of assets, corporate structuring and restructuring, regulatory requirements and corporate filings, and corporate governance. Clients have included public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board and NASDAQ. Involved in a number of professional and community activities, Mr. Harris has been an instructor at the Professional Legal Training Course for articling students sponsored by the Law Society of British Columbia on the subject of corporate and securities law. Mr. Harris was also a Founding Member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Apart from his legal education, Mr. Harris has also completed a graduate course in business at the London School of Economics.

Ken McLean, CA Director Ken McLean graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in computer science and quantitative analysis. He articled with an International accounting firm and eventually became a partner in the audit division responsible for the mining and forestry clients as well as owner operated businesses in the Vancouver office. He then formed his own public accounting firm providing business, accounting, computer and tax advice to owner operated businesses and small mining companies. He has been in public practice for more than forty years. He is also the treasurer of a large non-profit organization.

Peter Rook-Green Treasurer Mr Peter Rook-Green obtained a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 1971. Mr. Rook-Green has extensive experience (over forty years) as a financial executive in the resource industry. He served as financial officer and a director of Newmont Mining Corporation's Canadian subsidiaries until 1989; was director and chief financial officer of City Resources (Canada) Ltd. until 1990, a junior exploration-stage public company which traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange and on NASDAQ in the US; and was a corporate controller, Royal Oak Mines Inc. until 1994, a public gold mining company trading on the Toronto and American Stock Exchanges. Since then Mr. Rook-Green has been president of Rook-Green Investments Inc. (doing business as R-G Management), a company providing business management, accounting services and regulatory filings for Vancouver based public companies.
