Michelle Robinson, M.A.Sc., P. Eng.
President & CEO & Director of the Company
Geological Engineer, University of British Columbia (B.A.Sc. 1992, M.A.Sc. 1994). President of Minera Croesus, S.A. de C.V., Zinco Mining Corporation's (Zinco's) wholly owned subsidiary. Michelle Robinson acquired most of the VMS Project for Minera Croesus by staking between 2005 and 2007. She has nineteen years of exploration experience in Canada and Latin America. Prior to moving to Mexico, she authored technical papers on volcanogenic massive sulfide deposits and was the recipient of several awards in the mining industry.
Sheryl Jones
Sheryl Jones has more than fifteen years of accounting experience working primarily for TSX-V listed companies. She has attended Simon Fraser University and Langara College through the Society of Management Accountants of BC.

Graham H. Scott, M.A., LL.B.
Mr. Scott combines over 30 years as a resource and corporate finance lawyer with eight years of practical experience as an exploration geologist. He has negotiated and prepared participation and joint venture agreements for properties throughout the world. He has presented papers on securities law and mining law matters and has chaired many legal and industry conferences. Mr. Scott is listed in the LExpert/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada and the National Post's Best Lawyers in Canada. In addition, he is listed in The International Who's Who of Mining Lawyers published by London-based Law Business Research Ltd.
Bruce Downing, MSc., P. Geo., Hon FEC
Mr Bruce Downing has over 40 years of experience as a senior geologist working for several corporations and as a consultant on surface and underground gold and base metal exploration and production projects in British Columbia and around the world. He has published over 18 papers concerning exploration, computing, history, environmental and technology topics. In 1997, the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia presented Mr. Downing with the Chris Westerman Award, which is the highest Geo-science recognition.
Peter Rook-Green
Mr Peter Rook-Green obtained a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 1971. Mr. Rook-Green has extensive experience (over forty years) as a financial executive in the resource industry. He served as financial officer and a director of Newmont Mining Corporation's Canadian subsidiaries until 1989; was director and chief financial officer of City Resources (Canada) Ltd. until 1990, a junior exploration-stage public company which traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange and on NASDAQ in the US; and was a corporate controller, Royal Oak Mines Inc. until 1994, a public gold mining company trading on the Toronto and American Stock Exchanges. Since then Mr. Rook-Green has been president of Rook-Green Investments Inc. (doing business as R-G Management), a company providing business management, accounting services and regulatory filings for Vancouver based public companies.
